I got serious about working out in 1990 becuase i was a scrawny lil kid. And my older brother could beat me up back them

I worked for Mr.Lee Haney for over 2years, have been blessed to trained athletes such as Takeo Spikes Jamal Lewis, Peerlis Price, Simeon Rice.I have been a personal trainer for over 10years. I am certified through,ISSA CPT'98, NSCA-CPT'01,NASM-CPT'07 also pre and post natal certified through wellbridge'05.I worked for wellbridge's Athletic club northeast for 7years then decided to venture out on my own. I have never been on a stage but I'm in an environment now that may lead to that in the future
