How I Started:
I have always ''lifted'' weights my whole life since I was involved in sports, but I never really knew what it meant. Now that im about to go play college ball, it hit me that I really need to gain weight (muscle) to get ready. The main reason i joined this was to get helpful tips and hints on what i need to do to get better.
Why I Love It:
Not only does it test you physically, but mentally as well. After every workout i feel so much better than before. Just seeing improvements of an overall person is what keeps me going. I know i am young but this is what i want to do with my life and someday be the best that i can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is very tough to stay motivated. Some days i just want to stay home and take a nap haha. But that is when i think about everything and why i do what i do. Seeing pictures of what i want to be keeps me going. Just knowing that you are either going to be better or worst the next day, not the same, and i know im not going to get worst.
BB Accomplishments:
I really dont have many accomplishments right now, but im excited to start doing everything seriously and see improvements as my body changes.

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
