it's been the most amazing two weeks i had in a LONG time !

It feels awesome to eat clean again, to feel lighter and motivated. I don't know why i deprived myself from that feeling for so long !!!

I was only thinking about how hard it was going to be to get back to being disciplined,...

Hey there Vavavoom, I ran into your post thread about binge eating and found you an inspiration. I too have reached a point where I am starting to binge. It's more emotional than anything.I also feel that all the effort I am putting into my diet and work out I am not getting the results I want. I started 3 months ago at 128 lbs. I have lost 13 lbs and am into weight lifting. It felt good to know I am not alone in this challenging quest. Thanks again for the post, you look amazing!

No, I've never been after all these years. And she's never been back. She's 78! And still speaks French. ;) She's always talked about going. She misses it. She still may try to go b/c she's finally starting to travel. It sure looks beautiful!

hey girl ..I saw your post! IT IS EXACTLY WHERE I AM AT NOW! I felt EXACTLY the same way...and WAS IN THE EXACT same cycle. Although I never got as small as you did. You look sooo much healthier now. And from seeing how dramatically you have been able to morphe yourself into different bodies I KNOW you will get to where you want to be..you are on the right track!!! KEEP IT UP!!!

You have done some unbelievable work in the last couple of years! I had to actually scroll those progress pictures back and forth to really be sure that was you. It's going alright for me. Trying to get my core in line and stepping up the cardio a bit...which isn't the most fun for me. I'm still trying to learn a balance. Thanks for accepting by the way!

Its good to here its coming along. :) Ya a proper diet can be hard to stick too. A Proper diet for me means eating what you need and not eating what you have in front of you. :P Anyhow,as for my next step its just overall fitness. I like being active and eating healthy. So whats gonna be your next step?

Yup 50. But I guess the key is to hit that number but by any way you can like 5 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 5.
