How I Started:
WELL AT FIRST, I BOUGHT A 15 LB DUMBBELL AND STARTED THROWING IT UP. THEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS WEBSITE AND IT TAUGHT ME MANY THINGS. IVE LEARNED MANY THINGS TO HELP ME IMPROVE MY PHYSIQUE AND NUTRITION.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE WORKING OUT BECAUSE IT HELPS ME STAY FOCUSED AND HELPS ME IN MANY WAYS AND PLUS, ITS FOR MY OWN GOOD.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED WITH MUSIC AND A HOMEBOY...AND I WANT TO WEAR ART! I ALSO STAY MOTIVATED BY LOOKING AT THE MIRROR SEEING RESULTS. AND FEELING ACCOMPLISHED AFTER EVERY HEALTHY MEAL AND EVERY WORKOUT.. ;-]
BB Accomplishments:
IVE MADE BODYBUILDING PART OF MY LIFE NOW. I FEEL "DEAD" IF I DNT WORK OUT.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I DO FROM 8-20 REPS PER SET BECAUSE YOU CAN FEEL THE PUMP REALLY GOOD AND THATS THE BEST PART OF THE WORKOUT.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
MAKE A WORKOUT SCHEDULE, FOLLOW IT, AND DON'T STOP!
