WELL AT FIRST, I BOUGHT A 15 LB DUMBBELL AND STARTED THROWING IT UP. THEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS WEBSITE AND IT TAUGHT ME MANY THINGS. IVE LEARNED MANY THINGS TO HELP ME IMPROVE MY PHYSIQUE AND NUTRITION.
