Background

When I Started: Oct 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was too flabby in looks.....i didnt have enough confidence. i wanted to start out by reducing my weight. later i started doing some research through internet. got some nice materials and continued with that.

WHY I LOVE IT:

it makes me feel health and confident. i feel like i have good command over others with this body.
