I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!"
Im good. Got 2 days off for the hoilday. So I trained to keep it going. All is good. You work on that diet and grow. Keep up the great work my brother.

It was really nice. I had a great week. Very intense leg workout. Almost maxed 1020 lbs on leg press, but I did squat 325 lbs. So it was productive despite tanking on leg press. How about you?
