It was really nice. I had a great week. Very intense leg workout. Almost maxed 1020 lbs on leg press, but I did squat 325 lbs. So it was productive despite tanking on leg press. How about you?

Hey bro, yeah my wrist is healed which I'm realy pleased about! But I've still got a lot of pain in it. I cant do a pushup or flex it back much. Doc says its from internal scar tissue, which could take a long itme to clear. But I'm getting stronger & hoping to see big improvements by january. How've you been?

Wow, 17 years of bb training, you should be mega beast by now...lol. Moving into manhood. You want to treasure your youth now and dont rush it. It only becomes more complicated as you get more responsible. Thats just a fact of life. Its nice you added another year. My training is going well, now im back to solo training. Partner ditched me.
