I was bored as hell in my delusional little world. Honestly if I wasn't bored I would have never started.
Why I Love It:
It has pretty much saved my life these past few months. I'm afraid to think where I would be if I didn't start working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have absolutely no idea. It's like... there's this constant feeling of disappointment towards myself that I can't get rid of. Working out numbs that feeling.

Teenchchanged Weight from 184 lbs. to 215 lbs., a 31 lb. gain in 171 days
Well, I've always been very overweight and was always aware that I needed to do something about it, but it wasn't until a few weeks ago I decided to do it. So now my over all goal is to reach 170 pounds, and 20 % body fat. My recent goal however is to be a BB.com teen transformation of the week! I can't imagine a better way to prove I've accomplished my goal.
Hey dude thanks for the reps, but I have a question. How are you able to bring a camera and record at the gym?
Is it banned at your gym or did you sneak it in? I really want to get some of my lifts on camera but I can't because it isn't allowed.

yeah lol, would be nice to be able to mung out on some maccas every now and again though. my "cheat" meals aren't take away n pizza, they're like plain carbs like oats & toast aha, the thing is i always cheat at night.. which means none of it is burned, so the next morning i regret it when im 2% higher bf then the day before.. lol
yea, i'm pretty sure i don't have any ecto in me tho. wouldn't have to follow diet super strict just to see the slightest ab definition then :( my rl mate is ecto-meso, he can eat whatever he wants (carb wise) need to be clean as with no-low carb to not gain fat for me
ya fat loss sucks lol, i did it easy though because i basically starved without knowing it.. and ran, alot, like hours every day(lost muscle too, ouch). i'm endo too so kno u can maintain being lean as endo it just takes a little more work. people think im ecto because my bf%, but they don't relize what i do to maintain it lol. btw, low carb or "carb timing" worked really well for me. i'm starting to think i'm meso but just very carb sensitive.

jacked is like super pump nitric oxide booster. waximaize is just a compex carb mix. i do not get as big of a pump without it. it helps drive the water and protein into muscle. just finished w/o. me beat.
i just recommend what i find that works. bio engineered waximaize works very well with jacked, also gaspasri size on and super pump are good as well as vpx no shotgun.. i will not buy any muscletech product. lmao on the 10 minute comment! with the waximaize and jacked i have noticed the biggest pumps i ever got! arms pumped up to 17 1/2 flexed after workout. and jacked is very cheap compared to other stuff.
