Want to gain 10 more lbs of muscle before coming home form Iraq.
Goal (Long):
Initially, when I started working out, I just wanted to lose weight. Nov/dec I weighed in at 230lbs....I barely past my PT score, and I realized I really let me myself go. I wanted to be in better shape not just for me, buy for my family. By April/May I was down to 200. Wanted to lose a little more weight, get leaner, and get the runners body. I was also taking classes and a buddy showed me MF mag. I decided to bulk up and get the overall athelete body. It is now the end of Sept, and I am at 180. I would like to gain another 10lbs of muscle before going home in March 2009.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not being educated. Started to lift to lift. Not knowing the corrects forms etc, made my body ache.

classes back to back this go round. New commandant coming in from Bowling and still taking night classes. My a*& is getting wooped.lol.. Its good though. getting of work in another hour. lifting is till routine, i rarely let that go by the wayside. I bet youre ready for some leave!

yeah bro! New commandant coming in in April....we will start the hiring process for the instructor slot the end of the summer...TSgt Manning, leaves Feb 2010...and we typically hire 6 months from that to allow for a good overlap!
