Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Gain MUSCLE while shedding FAT. Does that sound familiar?!?
Goal (Long): I've essentially reached the maximum bulk that I want without buying another new wardrobe. Now I just need to maintain and pull my BF% down low and keep it there. I did it before summer 06, but some family issues and work got crazya nd I fell off the wagon. My BF% never went above 16%, but I like to keep it around 10%.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

I really don't do "keto" anymore, but when I did and was very low on carbs, it did hinder my workouts a little. I eventually found out if I had a carb in my Wednesday dinner, and carb load on the weekends, it helped me out a lot.
