How I Started:
I've been working out for a couple years now, but its been very passive and I've never really been committed to it until now.
Why I Love It:
I'm starting to really see some good results and this has motivated me beyond belief.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the fantastic physiques on BodySpace :)
It also motivates me to work harder when I think about how much I've been pushed around for being skinny.
