Discovering weight training was an amazing thing for me-- not only has it transformed me physically, but it has allowed me to constantly strive to be more focused, dedicated, stronger, and has done amazing things for my self confidence.
Why I Love It:
Sense of accomplishment.
Taking care of my health/well being.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results! It is a constant challenge ~ there is ALWAYS room for improvement!
