I actually went to a body building championship here in Hawaii. Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman were guest posers there and it just amazed me at their size. From that point on I knew I was gonna try to be that big or with that much definition.
Why I Love It:
It is an escape from the stress of military life. While working out, it is just me and the weights. I love it because I take out everything in the gym and it leaves me with a kind of peace and I just love the feeling I get after a hard day at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep looking in the mirror and not be satisfied with my looks and it drives me to keep going.
Personally I want that physique that just makes people stop and just stare.
Goal (Long):
I want to look leaner and have mass that just blows peoples minds at how big i got. I wnat bigger shoulder, more defined triceps and biceps, Popeye like forearms, bigger and wider chest, a wide and ripped back, and last a slimmer waist to show off what i got underneath.

Monday: Shoulders
I picked Monday for shoulders because it is the first day after the longest rest and so my shoulders are fresh and ready to be pumped.

ah well keep at it man, as we know anything tough is worth doing, and anything tough a lot of people dont have the motivation to do, like join the military or eat and exercise right, but thats why its awesome cause once we're there everyone will say "damn i wish i was that guy"
