Emaculat I see you were a runner. I was ,as well, in high school and college. I started about a year ago but tweaked my knee. What exercises would you suggest? I am looking to include some running in my workout. I work out 3 to 4 times a week but I only have about 40 mins a day. Feb 15, 2013 8:14pm

righter I love popcorn too! Chocolate covered popcorn is just mean to bring near me. There was a cool popcorn place at the airport--they had all kinds of flavors! Apple, cherry, blueberry, candy cane! It was crazy. lol Dec 26, 2011 9:46am

righter I'll definitely let you know when I open the new journz! :) I hear ya on the holiday food. My mom brought two bags of chocolate covered popcorn to my house! I went a little nuts with it and now I'm feeling the fluff! My mom loves to cook big meals and she will be here until Jan 2. Guess I'm about to find out how fat I can get in a week. LOL. righter Hey! Merry Christmas! Hope you have had a wonderful day. I've been doing a bit of yoga, but also experimenting with swiss balls, lol.
