How I Started:
I was at 220 and hated myself. I decided to take control of my life. I now weigh 122 thanks to running 35-40 miles a week and lifting 3 days.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pics of me when i was at my biggest...that always helps.

Good Afternoon
Well it's Day 1 of the "New Plan"...I guess it really isn't a new plan since i have tried to do it before and never stuck with it. My main problem is i can never get it in my head that hours and hours of running/cardio doesn't make you lose fat. When really all i need...

hi van! I hope all that rain is over.. our grass was like a foot high. Ned was really sick a few weeks ago but luckily he recovered and they never even knew what was wrong with him. How is your summer going?
