I've always wanted to start training since I was a teenager but never had the money to do it. So eventually with a job I had enough money to pay for my membership and ever since I've been going as much as possible.
Why I Love It:
Weight training is always a challenge, and seeing how your body changes under stimulus is good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals I know I can achieve, meeting new people and hearing out how they got to where they are.

I want to gain quality mass and regain the flexibility I have lost over the last couple of years. I will take my body to another level through training and want to be disciplined to follow my fitness goals.

I am glad I am. We all need that from time to time. When I first joined bodyspace.com I was reminded by all the great and motivated people here. I am glad I can do the same for others ;)
