I've always wanted to start training since I was a teenager but never had the money to do it. So eventually with a job I had enough money to pay for my membership and ever since I've been going as much as possible.
Why I Love It:
Weight training is always a challenge, and seeing how your body changes under stimulus is good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals I know I can achieve, meeting new people and hearing out how they got to where they are.

I want to gain quality mass and regain the flexibility I have lost over the last couple of years. I will take my body to another level through training and want to be disciplined to achieve my fitness goals.

I have not updated my stats in a while, so I'm planning on checking how bad off i am lately. I've cut cardio way too much and the eating is not as rigorous as I would like it to be. A lack of planning on my part. Nevertheless, I am not backing out.
Man I feel ya. Ive been having so so workouts. But this week i changed up the routine and really feeling the muscles working again. Im overdue for new progress and pics. Im getting there. I want a back like yours!
Try black tea, it's proven to release fat burning catchphenes (I'll spell check that later) as long as you have it without sugar. plus a few cups of tea won't have you quite as jittery as a fat burner (cheaper too haha)

I was sore and in pain,and it was due to training.
Thank you for the comment on my pic,not to sound narcissistic,but the only thing i like of my body is my face,and only when i wear make up,otherwise i'm a monster,hahahahaha.
