How I Started: I've always wanted to start training since I was a teenager but never had the money to do it. So eventually with a job I had enough money to pay for my membership and ever since I've been going as much as possible.
Why I Love It: Weight training is always a challenge, and seeing how your body changes under stimulus is good.
How I Stay Motivated: Setting goals I know I can achieve, meeting new people and hearing out how they got to where they are.

Patience, the body will change to what you want it to be with proper training and diet.
