How I Started:
I HATED activity of any kind until I started losing weight. I got hooked on cardio, then added in some strength training. I completed a fitness bootcamp this sumer and was in the best shape ever! Now I'm on keto and working hard in the gym :)
Why I Love It:
Such a stress reliever! It makes my body just feel so much better as well. No more achey joints or sore couch potato butt!

Goal (Long):
I was always the chubby kid, chubby girl, chubby teen, etc. Then in Oct 08 (right before my 19th bday) I got fed up with it and started changing! I turned around how I ate (mainly counted cals focusing on plenty of protein, fruits/veggies, some complex carbs and a bit of healthy fats...) and started adding in a little bit of cardio a few days a week. I started at 165 lbs, and am now down to 135. Ten to go! After I shed some more fat, I plan on getting more into weight lifting! As of right now, I'm really trying to clean up my diet. Sure, you can count cals till you're blue in the face, but empty cals won't do my body ANY good!!!
This member has done an amazing job turning her life around. She has obviously worked very hard to get where she is, and I think she can offer GREAT advice to people!!! She also has an amazing attitude!
As much as I obviously prefer becoming a slimmer, fitter, happy, healthier me, there is one major downside.
I really miss my boobs. They were perfect before lol...and now they are practically non existent. I always said I'd never be one of those girls who gets a boob job, but honestly,...
wow girl you look amazing! you have made some wonderful progress. Just get on track and i GUARANTEE the bloat will be gone in a week or 2! I am in the same boat...lets hop on the healthy bandwagon together. yeah?
Thanks :) yeah nights have been pretty killer. I have central air but outside stays so hot here I can feel the heat coming from the windows. I'm trying out this sample of REDuctionPM lol hopfully it helps.
ouch! that sounds pretty brutal. At least you got the green light though. my week has been way too stressful. However thats good training-wise since I want to train more to get my mind off things. Hardest part now if getting a good nite sleep. your mid section is starting to look awesome BTW. thats got to be the hardest part for me to loose.
