How I Started:
I started weighting lifts sporadically in college. I have been training for 3 years now.
Why I Love It:
It keeps you fit and strong and gives you a goal to strive for everyday.

til i get to where i want. im thinking 12 weeks. never really done a strict cut before. and ive NEVER done a bulking cycle, that would just be hideous. i get big. hahaha
thank you! yeah my programs going well this time around. the diet isnt rocket science. keeping my protein around 120-130g daily, low carb, moderate healthy fats (coconut oil, udo's 3.6.9, nuts, etc) and not taking in more than 300 cals at a time. my caloric intake is hovering between 1400-1600 daily. :)
