How I Started:
I have three kids and I gained a lot of weight w/my 2nd and I didn't lose it for a long time.I had been working out for years and never saw much progress.Then I cleaned up my diet and really started pushing myself and have seen a lot of good progress! I am 90 lbs. lighter now than I was at my heaviest! I will never go back!
Why I Love It:
I love my muscles!! I love the feeling I get at the gym when I'm soaked with sweat and giving 110%.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I read tons of information on lifting and clean eating.The compliments don't hurt, either!
BB Accomplishments:
A few years ago I wouldn't have been caught dead going sleeveless. Not even at home. Now I love to wear a tank! And my abs are starting to show,OMG, I never thought that was possible after 3 kids!
