Overall Goal:  well, I have not been on bb since I was 30 prego. I have since had my baby girl who is 7 weeks and counting; cant believe how time flies. All in all, I am ready to get back into shape more now than ever !

Fit Status:  I am just getting back into my fitness routine post pregnancy- Doc says all is good and I don't have to take it so easy anymore. Yay!

I've always worked out; being a curvy latina, I just know how much more curvier I can get by just looking at food, know what I'm saying! LOL haha but I've always been grateful for what God has blessed me with and I strive to be at my healthiest for Him, my family and myself.
Why I Love It:
I feel energized at all times. It gives me that much more energy to serve my God, husband, and the stress that attempts to take over the mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband who believes in me and supports me. He is truly a Gift from God. My Lord who strengthens me. When I pray, I feel invincible and fearless, yet humble.

When is your baby due???? Congratulations. My husband and I are considering moving to Atlanta, GA. We have a program online where we design workout routines specifically for you for $50 a month. You just have to let us know what equipment you have if you're interested. It's nice to see another child of GOD on this site. Everybody seems so consumed with their bodies.

Congratulations! I have a little 7 week old and am now trying to get rid of that 'extra'! Best advice I got while pregnant was to listen to your body (good pregnant or not!) you can do ANYTHING you did before pregnancy but be careful adding new exercises. If you feel good and up to it then do it. I HATE all those people telling me what I can and cannot do- they don't know my body, I do! :) Wish you a very happy and healthy you and baby!!
