I got started lifting weights in high school senior year the last semester (about 4-5 months long). Graduated from highschool and got a membership at 24-7 snap fittness. Got serious about a year after that and now its a lifestyle for me. I want to accomplish alot at a young age staying 100% NATURAL!

Whats up man... yea it does take a lot longer for us taller dudes to fill out, but when we do, we do damage. They always say a tall good guy always beats a small good guy lol.. Yea I'm 7 weeks away.I"m hitting cardio more. Also I'm finding out the trip to put mass on for a taller guy is working out differently from the shorter one.. Specially when it comes to legs
Yeah, Lord willing, I plan on doing two shows back to back next year in the spring. Currently, I am on cutting phase, but will maintain at around 8% bodyfat.

i train at la fitness...cant stand golds gym in mn, the owner doesnt give a **** about the members..its all about money, low over head and as many members as possible. i train at la fitness..way better facility, month to month..better equipped and more convenient!

well, i've got one more week of bulking. I think my winter gains have been great. not too much damage in the bf% department. I have sort of lost my energy for heavy weight/low reps, so it's a good thing i'm starting my cut next week.
haha, man i get up 5 in the mornin to do this too, if i dont my whole day drags, so i exercise at least everday. if not hard work, ill at least just do abs 10 minutes out the day is better than none
