hey guys 2day i had 3 great things happen

i broke 2 indoor world records (unofficaily) in indoor rowing ( the machines) i did a 1000m time trial and got 2.09.0 beating the record by 30sec and doing that i also smashed the 500m record at about 1 min dead.

then i deadlifted a pb 195kg...

Hey man Add me to your friends list man, your physique rocks ! I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc
