Heya Sandra! I was wondering a few weeks ago how you were just a few weeks away from a competition, then I found out you're doing the NPC! Very cool, are you still going to the other one in July? Anyway, wish I could be there this weekend, but not possible - All the best though and I look forward to seeing the pics! Happy Mothers day to you too - an overall great weekend for you I'm sure!

You're doing great Sandra! Keep it up and stay positive :) That one pose you definitely do have down! Do you have someone 'local' coaching you with your posing? Having someone to i.e. physically pull an elbow back an inch to show what difference that can make, could really help. You're getting lots of good advice and I don't want to throw in more voices - I'm really going to try and make it to that show though and give some support!

Great job Tom! I've been kind of in a rut myself lately... could be just fighting off all the 'bugs' everyone's been having around me? :) But look forward to finding a goal and powering back into things! Keep up the good work, your legs are looking great!

hehe, I just saw your goal of a 20" Waist??? I would like my calves to be that size, my arms and maybe even my neck but... I can't even imagine a tiny waist that size :)

Naw, I'm not doing BFL anymore... I'm beyond that now I think... I'm down to a size 32 pants @ 210lbs - but I'm not really doing anything else either. I need to find myself a new goal to work towards... I do no good at 'just for fun' ;)

Hehe, heya B! Thanks for dropping in and what words of wisdom... I actually have nothing to work towards at the moment and that's really bothering me. I was planning on going to the Arnold Expo but that fell through so I'm kind of looking around for a new goal atm. I'm sure you know what I mean? Doing things for the sake of doing them is one thing but the intensity, devotion and heart behind it because of a goal does make HUGE difference for me.
