GABRIEL 'S WORKOUTS
MONDAY- CHEST, TRICEPS, AND CALVES (5X5)
TUESDAY- SHOULDERS, TRAPS, BICEP (5X5)
WEDNESDAY- BACK, QUADS, HAMS (5X5)

THURSDAY, FRIDAY: REPEAT CYCLE...
I RUN 1.5 MILES PER DAY AND DO ABS EVERY OTHER DAY..HARDCORE ON THE ABS....

I DO BACK, QUADS, HAMS ONCE A WEEK BECAUSE I'M WORKING ON A INJURED BACK AND MY LEGS GET TO BIG TO FAST...NO JOKE...
