How I Started:
Lifting class in highschool... but did way toomuch cardio to gain weight. 1 1/2 hours of lifting and 4 hours of running in practice got me in great shape with ??% bodyfat... really low.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me level and I love building things.

BB Accomplishments:
Senior year HS 1 rep 235. When I weighed 160 lbs at 6 foot tall. Lean muscle took/takes forever to build so i didn't get much bigger. For about a year and a half after that lifting took back seat to college, but recently I have had a reviaval in my lifting and have found new motivation in myself. Am now back to repping 180 DB bench (90lb dumbbells) 4sets of 6 reps. I'll try maxing out on bar bench in a month or so. Try to hit 245 or 250 - update 31-10-2006 repping 200lbs (100lb dumbbells) 4s6r - update 15-11-06 one repped 110 kilos on bar bench (242) lifetime high. Finally stronger than highschool
