I'm doing good man and thanks for the compliment. Just training hard and getting ready for my show next year. I have an ex-competitor helping me. How are you doing?

Yeah bro that's the plan. I have a personal trainer and a former competitor helping me who trained 2 others for the Potomac Cup this year and they placed well. I have a lot of work to do but obviously I have a lot of time. I'm excited!

Wassup man. I hope it wasnt too brutal. LOL I've been disappointed for a while though; been to every Homecoming since I graduated and we have lost most of the time. We play Bowie State for HC. Hope we whoop 'em.

No, I decided (with the advice of a personal trainer) that I wasn't ready for a show this year. I will either do the NGA Mt. Rogers or Potomac Cup in July 2010. My plan is to get to about 215-220, then cut to a lean 195-200. It's good that I have some help with this. Nice progress pics, BTW. Good luck in Dover!

Thanks! Workouts are going great. I have a personal trainer helping me prep for a contest next year in July. I have plenty of time now to make the necessary improvements. Pretty amped! How's your training going?

LOL...ok yeah right, I know that big building. I still go to my regular gym. The person who is helping me works there. I plan on doing a local show--the NGA Mt. Rogers or Potomac Cup next year in July. That gives me plenty of time!

Hey, thanks for the kind words. How's your training going? I was at the Pentagon City Ballys last week. One of the trainers is helping me prep for a show next year. That's where you train, right?

Cool man...Yeah having an ex-competitor helps, but they can only do so much. The last thing I want to do is get the help and then decide NOT to do it. lol....Not switching things up was one of the causes of me not trainig well. How often do you change your routine?
