How I Started:
I was skin and bones during my childhood. I got a weight bench at age 14, but used it like two times. LOL At a height of 6'3 weighing a very skinny 160 lbs., I finally decided to seriously take up weight training when I moved to Virginia in 2002.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to eliminate stress and I love seeing my body change. It's a very addictive activity that allows you to stay healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Putting together routines from bodybuilding magazines, seeing people in my gym, critiquing myself in the mirror, going to bodybuilding shows, and the help I've gotten from some people on this site.
BB Accomplishments:
Developed a more leaner, athletic look and have put on almost 30 lbs of muscle. It's a start.

I would suggest droppin the reps and upping the weight. I'd also check your nutritional intake. I'm now using ON Complex. I get double the protein as gold standard and the calories don't stay 2 high.
thanks bro. how is your progress going? I've been recently working on developing my back. I was so inspired by you and your progress. keep at it, man. It's working!
