How I Started:
I was skin and bones during my childhood. I got a weight bench at age 14, but used it VERY rarely. Being 6'3 and weighing only 160 lbs., I finally decided to seriously take up weight training when I moved to Virginia in 2002.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to eliminate stress and I love seeing my body change. It's a very addictive activity that allows you to stay healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Putting together routines from magazines, seeing people in my gym, checking myself in the mirror, bodybuilding shows, and all the help I've gotten from people on here.
BB Accomplishments:
Developed a more leaner, athletic look and have put on almost 30 lbs of muscle. It's a start.

Goal (Long):
I want to ultimately weigh about 200-215lbs. The combination of my height and body type (ECTOMORPH) makes it extremely hard for me to put on size. Once I accomplish this, I'd like to do a competition.
I went to a bb contest in MD with a friend Saturday evening. Lots of great competitors and gorgeous models. The outcome was expected as the winner's size and definition was off the chain. However, this show had a male fitness model division and my friend and I were very surprised at...

You will need to put on the size to be very competitive. I know it will take time, don't worry too much on cardio right now too unless your BF starts getting out of wack.. let me know if you need any advice
Just advice since I was in your shoes. If I was you and you want to add more size. Clean up your diet. Eat like a bulk clean diet, meaning 6 meals a day. Don't really worry too much about carbs, and only put health fats in your system from fish or nuts, or flaxseed oil.Look for stuff that is high in polyunsaturated and monounstatured fats..
I feel ya...that was a bit too ,much. twice a week is cool, just as long as you give yourself plenty of time to rest. I'm doing twice a week right now as well.
