I have been bodybuilding for 30 years, but never challenged myself to get into "contest shape". My goal is to see what's underneath the body fat I'm holding. I was around 13% in 2006. Goal is 5%.

It's a lifestyle for me. I feel that working out is a "necessity" in living a long and healthy life. It's similar to normal maintenance for your car...Your car runs at peak performance with normal maintenance. Same goes for the body...

So sweet thank you!! Hard to imagine it raining when I see how sunny your pic looks! :) Looks so warm!! WI is having some unusal temps today. 84 & sunny. Feels like summer! Too bad those temps are going to crash soon. I love summer! Hope you are having a great weekend & chat soon!

So glad to hear that things get better for you each day! You look *great*, too. Trying some new exercises here and I've been sore and tired for a few days, but it's a good feeling. Was getting into a routine rut--mixiing it up is good.
