You have already made a fantastic transformation and I congratulate you. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. I don’t know what program you are following but I just wanted to suggest BFL to you. Give me a yell if you wish.
