How I Started:
My dad signed me up for a gym membership. It got me interested in bodybuilding...however never helped me with my diet which always shot my bodybuilding achievements to hell.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of the strength. I'm huge on being able to hold my own weight and feeling the muscle and definition underneath.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how much bigger the weight will be that I can workout with.

Amazing arm muscles---When I first started out, I started bench pressing at 90. Now I'm up to 120. ^_^

Hmm..the detailed goal?
As I said earlier lose the fat. I don't have anything like high cholesterol, high blood pressure or any such thing even though I'm ridiculously over weight for my height. However, I want to keep it that way with weightloss.
I do suffer from PCOS (it's a genetic condition) which means I have an extremely strong resistance to insulin----ie I get fat easily. I decided the best way for me to cut the fat would be to do the CKD and cycle with grains like millet and quinoa. Mainly quinoa (high protein grain--which I love). This condition is also has other symptoms and I need to control that, like high risk for heart disease. I need to keep that away as well. Fat loss is almost the cure all for this.
Build muscle I think is fundamental to weightloss and go hand in hand. Keeps the body in symmetry and creates strong bones and if anything should happen in an accident, helps with healing faster. Plus I love the svelt look it gives the ladies when they have amazing muscle tone and appearance.
I'm focused on using plyometric coupled with weight bearing exercises to keep my curves. I'm fairly thick and I would like to stay that way. So I want to get fit until I reach a certain weight and maintain that as my natural weight.
