Started working out in the schools weight room.
Why I Love It:
I like getting bigger and seeing the physical difference in myself. Also being stronger and being able to lift more weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Track my progress and continue to learn all i can about weightlifting and bodybuilding.

Jumped my bench press 1RM from 65 to 150 in about 9 months.

Get my football stats and academics right this senior year, receive a football scholarship to a D-II or higher school
Goal (Long):
I need to up my stats and maintain good grades this year in school. Work very hard during the football season and in the offseason go crazy in terms of bulking up and working out. I have to do all it takes to get a football scholarship at a D-II or higher level school.

On upper body days i tend to go pretty heavy and incorporate alot of compound excercises to maximize the volume and intensity of my workout.
I go heavy for lower reps, usually in the 4-8 range. Sometimes i do drop sets or supersets.
