Get my football stats and academics right this senior year, receive a football scholarship to a D-II or higher school
Goal (Long):
I need to up my stats and maintain good grades this year in school. Work very hard during the football season and in the offseason go crazy in terms of bulking up and working out. I have to do all it takes to get a football scholarship at a D-II or higher level school.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb

Today was the most crazy day at the gym. I was working out my upper body today, doing my regular routine. I was about to bench press and set my goal for about 140 pounds. The previous workout i had done 135 for about 8 reps, so i was going to up my poundage today. I staked on 135 pounds and did...
On upper body days i tend to go pretty heavy and incorporate alot of compound excercises to maximize the volume and intensity of my workout.
I go heavy for lower reps, usually in the 4-8 range. Sometimes i do drop sets or supersets.
