I've been an idiot, neglecting legs so I don't really squat, needless to say I'm fixing that. I deadlift, and do everything else though.

You'll have to see what they're charging new members. I believe it was 498 in May. I've been a member there for 20 years this year (back then it was called Better Bodies), and I still like it, so I guess that's a thumbs up. It's actually cheaper than all of the chain gyms.

hey dude lookin solid, loved your post on warming up, i agree with u about the importance of warming up and how to do it right. i used that example that use posted the link to yesterday, becuase thats the wieght im using at the moment for my benching sets of 5 reps, worked wonders had an awsome session

Thank you for the comment, yes my chest measures 74" around. This was listed in the 1999 Guinness book of world records.

Sounds decent, I'm deffo looking to make a programme around the big 3, just not sure what thought, fed up of conventional splits already and I'd still progress on a big 3 orientated split I think. :)
