You'll have to see what they're charging new members. I believe it was 498 in May. I've been a member there for 20 years this year (back then it was called Better Bodies), and I still like it, so I guess that's a thumbs up. It's actually cheaper than all of the chain gyms.

hey dude lookin solid, loved your post on warming up, i agree with u about the importance of warming up and how to do it right. i used that example that use posted the link to yesterday, becuase thats the wieght im using at the moment for my benching sets of 5 reps, worked wonders had an awsome session
