I lost sight of my goals and went months without doing anything (read my blog). I've been working out and eating clean for a couple weeks, now, and am starting P90X again in a week. I won't give up. I can't.

First was pre workouts in January 2007, I believe. The 2nd was after some time working out and cutting. The third is the most recent, taken this November. I'm starting to lean out!

First pic was pre-workouts, 2nd was after a full month and a half of cutting (a lot less fat here) and the third was after a long break then a period of bulking. I have more fat now, but I'm much thicker!

In the first picture, I was wearing the dress at a party. My belt closed only when I used the last hole. By now, I am 5 holes in (the very first hole), and need to make more... better yet, buy a new dress, as this one no longer fits. My progress in the past month is visible, I hope, as I've worked very hard!

Bulking phase 1: Learning how to Pose

Prepping for Ms. Figure competition... This is my first attempt at a pose. I have more bulking to do, then a lot of cutting, but I'm happy with my progress. Lost some abs in this pic, but I've gained several pounds since I started my bulk, and I'm retaining a lot of water. All good!
