Lots of lunges, calf raises, and squats. Problem now is that I don't have gym access until January, so I can only enhance my exercises with my dumbells right now... I think I'll be alright when I get back in the gym. They will explode then :)
What, in your experience, are the most effecient and effective exercises for quad, hamstring, and calf development?

I guess so... I'm eating every 3 hours. I pack 3 meals to take to work, have breakfast beforehand, and 2 dinners afterwards. Each meal is relatively equal in calories, carbs, proteins, and fats. I'm getting around 160 g protein a day, so don't worry! lol

Before last Saturday, I was taking in around 1400 or so a day, as I was trying to lean out. Now, though, I'm taking in around 2500. I'm still losing weight, though, so I'm going to have to up it again.
I work abs whenever they no longer hurt from the previous workout, haha, but usually every other day.

Thank you, and I am so happy that they are finally starting to show! Only problem is that now I'm trying to bulk, so I'll probably lose them again... it's ok, though! No pain, no gain!

haha, Awesome! Yeh, if I saw you at the gym... I'd probably stare and think the same thing! I know how bothersome that can be, though. I don't mind if someone watches me in the gym every now and then... that's going to happen, especially since not many women have the guts to hit the free weights, seriously. I don't like it when random guys just start asking me about it, though, and keeping me from my workout... Wait until I'm done, then talk to me, not when I'm in the zone!

Lol, you make some valid points, there! I've honestly never been teased for being a band geek, but maybe that's cause they are scared of me... Today, out of nowhere, I had a first grader reach out and grab my arm... he said "You are strong..." and then kept touching my arm the rest of the class.. lol! I guess that's what I get for wearing short sleeves at work for once!

It's going well... I just started a bulk yesterday, so I'll be at that for a few months. Hopefully I won't get too fat, but I need to build up my legs some, and get some more size overall! How about you?
