a few friends who are photographers have been asking me to model for them.. while it is fun, its stressful.

the only benefit is that i push myself hella harder at the gym.

I have been using revolving stairs, and let me tell you, oh wow. so intense. i put the level as high as i can handle and just go. i sweat like you wouldnt believe on it. then i usually do a little elliptical or tredmill to cool down. great workouts. i want to be leeean..
