How I Started:
lifted for strength in football. realized i could make my body look how i want it to by eating right and lifting hard
Why I Love It:
it is amazing how much my whole body feels better when i work out everyday and dont drink too much
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing my body change weekly and seeing guys on here and in my gym that are in better shape than me and being a competitive person and wanting to look better than them
BB Accomplishments:
no competitions. i have had my first photo shoot. im not actively pursuing modeling but if something comes along i am all for it
standing dumbbell kickbacks. i feel these more than any other tricep lift

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
my favorite is seated alternating arm suppenating dumbbell curls. getting a good squeeze at the top. i still have trouble getting my bicep to peak though

Hey Nick! Thanks for the add! You're in great shape. I'm actually competing later this summer. If you get a chance, you should definitely consider having professional photoshoots done of yourself (if you haven't already). Your conditioning and muscle density is definitely physique/fitness model quality.
