How I Started:
I was up to 300lbs about ski season of 05, so summer of 06 I dropped a quick 20-25lbs to improve the fun factor on the slopes. Did it by cutting out soda, lots of fast food and riding a bike. In 07 has some bad stuff happen in my life which made me start working out again Dec 07. Was at 260-265lbs and now at 220's and looking to get at 10-13% BF.
The scale lies.. lol
Why I Love It:
No matter what is happening in my life, my working out clears my mind and resets me with a positive attitude.
I'm enjoying a healthy life style of eating clean, sups and working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of me at 275-300lbs..

I want to step on stage one time in my life. I live, breath and love the sport.
Goal (Long):
Keep lifting heavy compunds here in Iraq and try to maintain a good BF%. I find it too hard to eat clean at the chow halls here 7 days a week but do my best.
Find a work out partner who has similar motivation and goals.
I want to have working sets with 400lbs + in deads and squats. Waiting on lower back to heal up and gain strength working with 300lbs. I want to bench over 350lbs.
Continue to develop traps and delts.
Well off to Va I go for training for 6 months then Iraq baby! I will be competition shape in that 1 year.. I started my bulk now and find it really hard to eat over 3k cals of good, clean food.. I measured my Bi's/Tri's and I'm up to 17+ on the right but the left is smaller... grrr.. anyway!
love ward to death! lol i used to date him awhile back. awesome guy, we're still good friends. i don't know the other guy though, sorry. :) nice pics of the incline you got there! it kicked my @ss a FEW times.lol
