How I Started:
I started working out in Jr High and have been doing it to some degree ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the way it makes me feel and look, especially when I get ready for a show. It’s become to me like breathing or waking up in the morning. It’s something I have to do. If I miss to many workouts, I just don’t feel right

It worked. You need to take a LOT!! I was taking 5 caps a day (1 gram) for 8 weeks. Threw some e-stane in the mix for the last six weeks at the recomended dosage. Lets just say I went from above average to shredded in that 8-week period. Vascularity so intense you wouldn't even know what to do with yourself.
Been a while since I have left a msg, but I am pinging everyone to get some good motivation so I can kick start the program again. Not really seeing anything new and just wanting some additonal guidance. thanks and keep up the good work!
