I started working out in Jr High and have been doing it to some degree ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the way it makes me feel and look, especially when I get ready for a show. It’s become to me like breathing or waking up in the morning. It’s something I have to do. If I miss to many workouts, I just don’t feel right

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. Thanks. I'm trying to keep it controlled with 25 min of cardio after each training session 4x/wk. I don't want to go over 265 this winter; I just want to increase my strength.
