Thickly muscled and defined upper body.Thick traps, broad shoulders, powerful chest/pecs, solid delts and arms. Thick and wide back. No problems for your long term goals here. Andre

Jag som tycker benen ser så små ut ;-) men till SM ska de minsan bli hårda! Är redan på 6:e veckan diet så det e väl 22 veckor kvar nu...
