Sorry for the delay response my man. I think my college fitness blog should be able to answer all the questions that you have for me regarding getting shredded. check it out and feel free to ask me any other question that you may have. howtocollegefitness.net
thanks for the comments. In order for your abs to come out your percentage body fat needs to be anywhere between 2% - 8%. A good ab workout is the one on P90X. I do it with my wife, so I can workout with her once and a while. As far as diet plan. I'm still trying to figure that out
Good luck on your goal. Getting lean while keeping muscle is what I'm trying to do. I'm not there yet, but food seems to be the bigger piece of the puzzle.
Hey Homie. I read what everyone else said and yup...Change your diet! Also Change your workout routine, you have to trick your body into doing something its not used to be it intensity or endurance or just something new!!! The P90X thats selling well is just a bunch of circuit training so....I would circuit train for sure!!!! Let me know how things come along??
So my diet is very strict. My first meal of the day is dry oatmeal and egg whites. Then I have three meals of 8oz of lean chicken with 12, 10, 8 oz of baby carrots with my meals. After my workout is a protein/carb shake, and for dinner I have 8oz chicken with a cucumber. Then for meal before bed is a protein shake with another cucumber. Hope that helps!
hey thanks man. if you want to get on a program, you should try p90x, i've heard good things from a couple of people. don't diet, completely change the way you eat to as healthy and lean as possible, and i'm an athlete, i like to box, swim, do circuit training boot camp style, and even ride skateboards, so don't feel limited to doing cardio and lifting weights. you should check out some of the diet plans on this site, they're really good.
yea man i just do like 3 high carb days and 4 low carb days as summer gets close probably cut it down to 1-2 high carb days. Varying my carb intake seems to work the best for me. My bread and butter ab exercise is hanging leg raises
Hey pal, that diet is a rip up diet for shedding fat fast. if you cut carbs out completely then ur body has got to use ur fat reserves for energy. takes a wee bit of getting used to but once ur focused its a great shredder
