To lose 25 more pounds, cutting to 12% BF in preparation to bulk.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be in the best shape I could be but have never stuck with the necessary steps to complete my goal. I once followed the Body For Life plan and dropped from 245lbs to 215lbs in 12 weeks. However, once my 12 weeks were up I just more or less quit. Eight years later I realized that I was 265 pounds and showing no sign of topping off! By eating clean and cutting out the burgers and pizza I have dropped from 265 pounds to my current 230 pounds but now I am throwing weight training and cardio into the mix to finally get to that goal. I am planning on cutting down to around 205 and then bulking up until I am happy.

Thanks dude! Yeah, that'll push up my career trys-scored total from the current "1" as a prop after 15 years of playing to at least the low 20s by my third game on the wing. And I won't even have to get tackled!
