I have always been the type that gains muscle very easy, but it takes a miracle to lose any fat. Long term I would like to gain/maintain lean mass and lose some of the chunk.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I try to eat as much variety as possible so I don't get sick of the same foods.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was coming up on an incline bench and hit the bar against the rack. My shoulder came out and luckily my spot caught the weight.
