My life is like a roller coaster.. Work my butt off.. get in great shape.. then something happens and I let it slip.. lucky this time I didn't slip that far.. back on the horse.. working hard.. loving life..!

I once was really really fat.. enough said..
How I Stay Motivated:
I used bodyspace and other peoples transformations to keep me pumped about going to the gym.. also looking at where I have been, how far I have come, and where I am at now... makes me want to work harder!!

This guy is great at staying in touch over the years.. helps motivate you even if your a million miles away!! Awesome knowledge and hard worker!! Glad I got to meet him!!
Above is the link to the workout program I am now on.. Like the guy says its not for those who are new to lifting.. however, I am not a bodybuilder but I have adapted the workout, adjusted it for my body and it is kicking...

thanks but i still have a long way to go and i took a lot of time off cuz i bought a house that needed a lot of work so i spent most of my time doing that.
ya true i dont really have time for the girls right now any ways with getting up at 5 to do cardio and not getting home from the gym tell after 9 or so it really takes up a lot of my day. so how are things for you going?
well in stead of drinks lets just pound out at the gym for a little while. cuz as of right now I am not able to drink or go out to eat kinda sucks right now. it really makes it hard to take a girl out on a date thats for sure.
