After surgery and near death... I looked like crap!
I'm not happy.. but im working my butt off to get there!
I want to be in a fitness Magazine!! Why? cause I am damn sexy! and getting better everyday!!
Perfection is unatainable - Excellence is worth striving for!
I have put in the time.. the effort was there.. now it is the day that I leave the sandbox to go home on vacation and to see if I made some real change or not.. I cant even really tell.. I feel like I am in way better shape after the last six months.. but I don't see much difference... and there...
hey man, training's going really well. had knee surgery a few weeks ago to fix an old biking injury. it hurts like crazy sometimes, but i'm slowly getting my ROM back. currently i can flex that leg about 90 degrees + extend it almost straight. quad still isn't firing well though. and dude, you look like you could rip a car apart with your bare hands in your latest progress pic. solid work.
o hell ya every day just pounding the weights. theres only one way to get to the top and thats to make yourself work for it like you want it bad. and that i do pushing all my maxes and keeping up on my diet its what i got to do. well you know when you get back we are hitting the gym right. tell then ttyl
I came in second place. It was based on % of bodyweight loss. I lost 10.5 pounds. The winner was a woman who lost about 11 pounds. But compared to her bodyweight she lost a higher percentage. She deserved the money. Tim
i have changed some things. i started running and biking more. in fact thats how im getting to the gym in a lil bit instead of driving. i havnt bought any new supplements a couple months except whey. i havnt been picturing anyone nude at the gym, cause ya, for the most part it wouldnt be a pretty sight, lol. the lifting partner i have been lifting with the past 2 years just moved so it will be easier to change things up now. but i will always lift in one form or another
Hey THANKS for the note on the blog. I was out with friends when I got the email alerting me to your comment and it made me smile knowing I made you laugh. Very impressed with what you've achieved, man. Really impressed with your attitude.
