best 40 was 4.25 at a football combine junior year of college. my goals this year are 6.23 in the 55, 6.74 in the 60, 10.23 in the 100 meter dash, 20.44 in the 200, 46.30 in the 400 and 50.00 in the 400 hurdles.
Thanks. Your #'s are very good too. I train abs regularly, but don't get definition. I'm not a Bodybuilder. I train for strength. I cut once a year for summer. If some ab definition comes, great. If not, no sweat. One of my favorite lifters said, "It's not a pot belly, it's a bench press range delimiter." All the best!
i havent flat benched in a while. Been doing more incline and clean and presses to help my shoulders build up so i have more of a V taper...24 times is pretty nice
Honestly, I don't max lift. Those aren't my max lifts.. my quads are my strongest muscle group genetically... so that explains the squats. Needless to say I'm not a powerlifter, I'm a bodybuilder. Deadlifts are definitely a good thing however, and I do those pretty much once a week at least. I try not to focus too much on numbers, it's what judges see on stage that matters to me. Just lift hard, and the lifts will go up on their own. Good luck with your goals man.
