I GOT FAT AND I REFUSE TO BE FAT AND HAVE LOVE HANDLES

I CAN'T REALLY SAY THAT I LOVE IT CAUSE I AM JUST GETTING STARTED BUT WE WILL SEE HOW THINGS PAN OUT
How I Stay Motivated:
I LOOK AT BIG HUGE WOMEN AROUND ME AND I DONT WANT TO BE LIKE THEM. ALSO, ON MY PHONE, I SAVED A PICTURE OF MY WEIGHT AS IM STANDING ON THE SCALE, AS THE SCREEN SAVER SO EVERYTIME I LOOK AT IT, IT REMINDS ME OF HOW MAD I AM TO HAVE GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT.

GETTING STARTED!! I'M USUALLY A PROCRASTINATOR SO ACTUALLY WATCHING WHAT I'M EATING AND GETTING A GOOD EXERCISE PLAN TOGETHER IS MY FIRST BIG STEP.

OK SO IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE BEEN ON HERE. IN THAT TIME, I'VE GONE FROM ONE EXTREME TO THE OTHER. I'M STILL NOT HUGE BUT I AM OFFICIALLY OVER MARINE CORPS WEIGHT STANDARDS.
I HAVE A GYM PARTNER WHO IS ALSO MY ROOMMATE AND MY BOYFRIEND IS ALSO INTO THE GYM SCENE SO THIS WILL BE FIXED IN NO TIME. HAVING SUPPORT MAKES IT MUCH EASIER.

Hey, I don't see anything wrong with being skinny. If a person is healthy. Some people are just hard gainers. I read your blog saying that you quit and about your injury. Don't be so hard on yourself or quit. It takes a lot of time to add on muscle so be patient and keep trucking. Stay motivated and you'll reach your goals.
