How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness. thanks for the encouragment
ive been doin hanging leg and knee raises with 12 pound weight and just been eatin fruit and veggies tryin to aim for alot of protein and not too much fat cardio 25-30 mins a day in the morning or after the lift

i would love to work at a gym! I am good really good!my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . how is training?
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks

thanks man .. i was on a break from the gym (holidays kicked my ass) getting back into it today.... hopefully I have not fall back to far.... I still going for 8-10% by March.... check out my new tattoo too.
