For a long time all I been doing is cardio and calisthenics because I am a martial artist. Currently I am a 2nd dan black belt in aikido. 4th dan black belt in judo. My Dad, Mom, and Brother were killed in Iraq when I was 14. They were profesional bodybuilders when they were younger. My sensei took me in and taught me more about martial arts and taught me different philosophies and I told him I wanted to soon be a profesional muay thai fighter and he says thats possible if I gain 15-20lbs of muscle

Hey Jeff. I hope all is going well. I was reading your profile and it broke my heart to know that you had to go through so much at 14. That had to be devastating. I lost my dad at 17, but its no comparison and should not be either. You are a brave young man and its so good that you had someone there for you to help you out through those hard years of life. I commend you for being so brave and I wish you all the best in you goals. I hope you BB training is going well as well as life.
