Got out of the Marine Corps and had not been in a gym in months. So one day said enough was enough and started back so now I am back in the Gym. And loving every minute of it.

This is a program that really gives you results and I was able to lose over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) dropped from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 by also using the same program. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed routine and if you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
