How I Started:
I was running all the time, down to about 140....looked like a stick...so I started hitting the weights when I was about 27..wish I had started WAY earlier.
Why I Love It:
I like the pump, the looks, and feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing guys older than me in better shape...helps me stay focused, seeing all the 'big' dudes, trying to just be a smaller version...:)

Goal (Long):
I'm 5'6, 160, and I do not carry extra weight around the midd section well. Some guys it looks ok on, but for me, it does not. So I realize it's hard to gain muscle with out gaining some fat too....but ultimately I want to stay proportional....I need some advice though....
Your pictures show great size, and I sympathize with your comments about being 5'6" and not carry too much extra weight well, same here. Keep up your hard work and thank you for serving.
