How I Started:
I really hit rock bottom after my pregnancy. I topped out at 215 lbs while i was pregnant and am now trying to get back down to my original weight of 155 lbs.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if I keep it up, my son will see this and hopefully it will effect his life enough to stay healthy.

What got my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I in the best shape of our lives was following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program.
