Finally got a scanner to post this pic...This was me a month after delivering my youngest son, 8 years ago. I probably weighed about 185 here. First time I had had a major weight problem.. I let 3 kids in 4 years do this to my body. Would I do it again to have my kiddos...for sure! Just would maybe get movin a little more during those pregnancies.....LOL This shows me just how far I have come....

Been lifting really heavy since January...first time I have really started seeing the shoulder and bicep seperation...wooohoo! Guess that's because bodyfat likes me:)
