To loose about 20 lbs and tone this sexy body up!!! lifetime of physical fitness!
Goal (Long):
I have to say my favorite body builder right now would be Ava Cowan. she is goegeous and has an amazing body that i would hope over the years to get close to... well not that close but similar to. I want to tone, and loose about 26lbs. that is my short term goal. Long term goal is to stay fit for life. :-)
Being in the military has made me focus on staying fit for myself and for my family. I am looking to get myself down to my original 24 inch waist (currently 27), and get my weight down to 110( currently 136). I dont think it should be that hard because i did it in basic training and lost the same amount of weight and this was over a 2 month period. i am extremely short so being 136 puts lbs in the right places :-) but i would still like to turn it into fat burning lean muscle.
So today i have come to see some new changes. my stomache is smoothing out, my butt is getting more toned... my legs are looking great but it seems like the progress is moving real slow.. i have been doing split workouts but im thinking of switching to total body ones.. need some advice on which...
I could really use you on my site one day..
If you get tired of the EFD I'll switch you to the psychotic plan..Hang in there with the meals, that's the main part..

Cute tats and cute woman are definatly a reason to pay close attention to pictures!! Looks like things are progressing prety well for you. So whare did he get deployed to..good frend of mine just got sent south to train and then is getting sent back to afganastan for the second time.
